Artuga’s new cover of the famous hit Blue (Da Ba Dee) by Eiffel 65 is out now Monday 18th, January 2021.
Artuga is an artist, producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from The Netherlands. From a young age, Artuga played the guitar and his musical talent soon developed into songwriting and utilizing synthesizers. Artuga takes influence from today’s modern global music landscape and Asian culture. It is clear to see the fusion of influences when listening to Artuga’s original music.
Originally, Artuga set out to make this cover as close as possible to the original. Injecting some of his own musical creativity into the mix, Artuga then adding some more synth tracks and other production techniques.
The vocals that are so famous in the original piece were recreated using a harmonizer to create the same effect in Artuga’s cover.
This new dance single is due to be released on Monday 18th January 2021. Artuga notes it is to ‘lift everyone’s spirit.’ If you’re in need of some uplifting then you should definitely check out this cover!
